Arrested May 1929 – ‘Carrying concealed weapons’. Sentenced to one year, released after nine months.
Al Pacino Arrested January 1961 – ‘Carrying a concealed weapon’. Charges later dropped.
Arrested March 1976 – ‘Marijuana Possession’. Charges dropped.
Arrested 1938 – ‘Adultery’. Charge later dropped
Arrested December 1967 – ‘Disturbing the Peace, resisting arrest and immoral exhibition’ during a concert at the New Haven Arena, Connecticut
Arrested October 1965 – Arrested by customs agents who seized hundreds of pills and tranquilisers in his luggage. Fined $1,000 and received 30 day suspended sentence.
Arrested May 1986 – ‘Trespassing whilst Intoxicated’.
December 1970 – Not actually arrested; Taken on tour of the FBI during presidential visit to Richard Nixon.
Arrested June 1967 – Sentenced to three months imprisonment for possession of amphetamine tablets. Sentence reduced to a conditional discharge.

Arrested 1979 – Arrested in connection with the murder of Nancy Spungen. Subsequently dies of an overdose four months later
Arrested 1972 – Arrested for ‘Drink Driving’. Later convicted for reckless driving.
Jimi Hendrix May 1969 – Arrested at TorontoAirport in possession of heroin and marijuana. Released on bale for $10,000 the same day so that he could perform a concert at MapleLeafGardens.

1952 – Arrested age 19 for desertion from national Service. While absent without leave, the twins assaulted the officer trying to arrest them. They were held at The Tower of London and were among the last prisoners to be held there.
18thJuly 1994 –‘Domestic Abuse’. Charges later dropped.
Prince March 1980 – Arrested with band mates for pulling a prank on an aeroplane
Snoop Dog August 1993 – Arrested in connection with the death of Phillip Woldermarian, a member of a rival gang who was shot and killed by Snoop’s bodyguard, McKinley Lee; Snoop was charged with murder along with Lee as he was driving the vehicle from which the shooting had commenced. Both Snoop and Lee were acquitted; Lee was acquitted on grounds of self-defence, but Snoop Dogg remained entangled in the legal battles around the case for three years.
